In my years of experience helping other feel better, look better and perform better the #1 mistake I see so many to is NOT EAT ENOUGH! Think of your body like your vehicle, if you don’t put gas in it, it will not operate and you will end up stranded on the side of the road needing someone to bring you gasoline to get it started again.
Your body is the same way! You MUST fuel your body with a balanced diet in order to improve how you FEEL, LOOK and PERFORM.

You should FUEL your body with a balanced combination of CARBS, PROTEINS, and healthy FATS to help reach any of the goals you are trying to reach!
Eat something every 2-3 hours and pay attention to how you start seeing RESULTS! Starving yourself and going WAY TOO LONG without eating will help you store all that fat you are trying to get rid of, I haven’t yet spoken to someone that had that as their goal….
